Presentation of Candidates

  • Planning of follow-up interviews with involvement of company functions and the support of one of our recruiters
  • Honing in on the most suitable resource, through the exchange of reciprocal assessments and feedback

Corporate mentoring support

  • Collection of information necessary for successful finalisation
  • Support in defining an agreement and preparation of onboarding and mentoring plan

Project finalisation

  • Return of feedback to Candidates involved in the recruitment and selection process
  • Entry of promising candidates in TALENT Tree data base, for assessment in future employment opportunities
